Nature of our service
India Cure Global is an independent facilitation consultancy. We are not a hospital, medical clinic, healthcare provider, or licensed medical practitioner. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or otherwise provide clinical care.
All medical treatment facilitated through India Cure Global is delivered by licensed medical professionals at independent accredited hospitals and healthcare facilities. India Cure Global has no control over clinical decisions, surgical outcomes, treatment protocols, or clinical standards of care, which are entirely the responsibility of the treating institution and its clinical staff.
Accuracy of information
The content on this website — including cost estimates, treatment descriptions, recovery timelines, and accreditation information — is provided for general informational purposes and is believed to be accurate at the time of publication. However:
- Medical treatment costs are indicative estimates and may vary based on individual clinical assessment, specific hospital, and treatment complexity
- Accreditation status of hospitals is verified at time of recommendation but is subject to change — patients are advised to confirm current status with the hospital directly
- Health advisory content reflects general WHO and NHS guidance and is not personalised medical advice
- Retreat and wellness programme details, pricing, and availability are subject to change
We endeavour to keep all website content current and will update information when we become aware of material changes.
No guarantee of outcomes
India Cure Global makes no representations or warranties regarding the clinical outcome of any medical treatment or wellness programme facilitated through our service. Medical outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the patient's health status, the treating physician's clinical judgment, and post-treatment recovery compliance.
Liability statement
Scope of our liability
India Cure Global accepts liability for:
- Failures or material omissions in the facilitation services we directly provide (coordination, visa assistance, logistics, accommodation arrangement)
- Inaccurate information provided by us that directly causes demonstrable harm, where we had reasonable means to verify accuracy
Exclusions from our liability
India Cure Global does not accept liability for:
- Clinical outcomes, surgical results, or treatment complications — these are the responsibility of the treating hospital and clinical staff
- Acts or omissions of hospitals, retreat centres, accommodation providers, transport operators, or any third-party service provider
- Loss arising from a patient's failure to disclose relevant medical history to the treating clinical team
- Loss arising from a patient's failure to obtain appropriate travel insurance
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, political instability, public health emergencies, or airline disruption
- Loss or damage to personal property during travel or stay
Maximum liability
In all cases, India Cure Global's maximum aggregate liability to any client is limited to the facilitation fee paid by that client for the specific engagement in which the claim arises.
Nothing in this liability statement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Hospital & provider selection — written guidance
This section sets out India Cure Global's written guidance for the selection and recommendation of hospitals and service providers to patients, in accordance with NABH MVTF quality standards.
Criteria for recommendation
Hospitals and healthcare facilities are recommended only where they meet all of the following criteria:
- Accreditation: Current JCI (Joint Commission International) or NABH accreditation — verified as active at the time of recommendation, not lapsed
- Clinical scope: Demonstrated expertise and case volume in the specific procedure or condition relevant to the patient
- Outcome data: Where available, we review published or requested surgical outcome statistics, infection rates, and complication rates for the relevant procedure and unit
- Reputation: Consistent positive patient feedback, absence of unresolved formal complaints, and professional standing in the Indian healthcare community
- Infrastructure: Adequate ICU capacity, post-operative care, language support, and international patient services
Fair distribution principle
India Cure Global presents patients with a shortlist of 2–3 suitable hospitals or retreat centres for each case. The patient has the right to choose freely from the options presented, or to propose an alternative. At all times during the selection process, the patient may choose any hospital from the options available, and documentary evidence of the patient's final choice is maintained in their case file.
Recommendations are never influenced by referral commission arrangements. India Cure Global accepts zero commissions from hospitals, retreat centres, or accommodation providers.
Ongoing re-evaluation
Providers on our recommended list are re-evaluated before each new recommendation. Accreditation status, leadership changes, patient feedback, and any adverse reporting are checked on an ongoing basis. Our shortlist is not static and a provider recommended previously may be removed if standards appear to have declined.
Wellness centre selection
Ayurvedic centres, yoga retreats, and spiritual retreat programmes are recommended based on: practitioner certification and lineage, programme authenticity and duration, accommodation standards, dietary provisions, medical contraindication screening, and patient testimonials from international guests.
Payment terms & settlement policy
Facilitation fee
India Cure Global's facilitation fees are €490 (Wellness Journey), €990 (Medical Journey), and €1,490 (Integrative Journey). The applicable fee is clearly disclosed before any payment is requested. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card via our secure online payment gateway. Cash payments are not accepted for any services.
Third-party costs
All costs relating to medical treatment, hospital accommodation, medication, visa fees, flights, and travel insurance are payable directly to the relevant third-party providers. India Cure Global does not hold funds on behalf of clients for third-party payments unless specifically agreed in writing.
Refund policy
The facilitation fee is refundable in full if:
- Following clinical assessment, India is determined to be unsuitable for the patient's case, or
- The patient chooses not to proceed after our initial assessment, before a personalised plan is delivered
Once a personalised plan — including hospital quotations and a proposed itinerary — has been delivered to the client, the facilitation fee is non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. documented sudden medical deterioration preventing travel), refund requests may be considered at the discretion of India Cure Global's management. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@indiacureglobal.com.
Service charges transparency
India Cure Global's service charges are disclosed to all clients and stakeholders prior to the commencement of any assignment. No hidden fees or undisclosed charges are levied at any stage. Any additional charges arising from scope changes (e.g. extended in-country coordination due to complications) are agreed in writing before being incurred.
Archival & retention of records
India Cure Global maintains records of all patient engagements in accordance with the following retention policy:
| Record type | Retention period | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Medical records and reports shared by the patient | 5 years from last contact | Potential medical follow-up needs; legal compliance |
| Correspondence (email, WhatsApp) | 3 years from last contact | Service quality, complaint management |
| Financial records (payment receipts, invoices) | 7 years | Indian tax and accounting law |
| Visa application documentation | 3 years | Immigration compliance |
| Complaint records | 5 years | Quality improvement, NABH audit requirements |
At the end of the applicable retention period, records are securely deleted. Patients may request early deletion of personal data (see Data Rights section), subject to any legal obligations to retain specific records.
All records are stored securely using access-controlled, encrypted digital storage. Physical documents, where any exist, are stored in locked premises with restricted access.
