Patient information
manual
Everything you need to know about your rights, our process, what to expect at every stage, and how to reach us if anything is not right.
About this manual
This Patient Information Manual is provided to every client of India Cure Global before their journey begins. It describes your rights as a patient and client, how our facilitation process works at each stage, what you can expect from us and from the medical or wellness providers we work with, and how to raise a concern or complaint if something is not right. Please read it in full and keep it accessible throughout your journey.
Your rights as a patient & client
India Cure Global is committed to upholding the following rights for every client, without exception.
Honest, unbiased advice
You have the right to recommendations based solely on your clinical needs, budget, and personal values — never on referral commissions. We accept no fees from hospitals, retreat centres, or accommodation providers. Our income comes only from the facilitation fee you pay.
Full fee transparency
You have the right to know exactly what you are paying, to whom, and for what. All facilitation fees are disclosed upfront. All third-party costs (treatment, accommodation, travel) are quoted and confirmed before any payment is made.
Free choice of provider
You have the right to choose from all options we present, or to select a different provider not on our shortlist. We will advise honestly on any providers you propose. You are never locked in to a specific hospital or retreat centre.
Confidentiality
Your personal and medical information is held in strict confidence. It is shared only with service providers directly involved in your care, and only with your explicit consent. We never sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Right to raise a grievance
If any aspect of our service falls below the standard described in this manual, you have the right to raise a formal complaint. All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 7 working days wherever possible.
Right to withdraw
You may withdraw from the facilitation process at any stage. Where withdrawal occurs before a personalised plan is delivered, the facilitation fee is fully refundable. Full refund conditions are set out in your booking confirmation and in the Fees section of this manual.
